Mike Kane is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a B.Comm from the University of Cape Town. Mike is a founding partner of FVC Endurance Fund, an advisor to an offshore hedge fund. The fund was initiated in 2014 and Mike is the Chief Operating Officer of the Fund. Prior to this Mike worked as a partner at EY from 2000 to 2014.
His last role was leader of EY Advisory’s private sector market in Africa. Mike was responsible for setting the strategy and leading this business as well as client account leadership and delivery of consulting projects. Mike is also a non-executive director of Uturn Homeless Ministries and of 2 private companies.
