The course comprises

  • Orientation session on 12 March 2021 from 8-30am to 10-30am
  • Study
  • 3 Study Schools where input is given by SEED Faculty and conversations are facilitated between participants. Study schools take place between 8-30am and 2pm normally on consecutive Fridays.

This means that participants are able to continue with their day to day work with minimal disruption as they only need to set aside one day per week for a total of 10 days in a year.

  • 3 individual coaching sessions of 1 hour where participants explore their personal and professional development with one of the SEED coaches
  • 3 group coaching sessions of 90 minutes with groups of about 5 people that are facilitated by a SEED coach and which allow for sharing of challenges, ideas and learning
  • 1 supervision session with a member of the SEED faculty to reflect on the learning journey and to prepare participants for the presentation of their models of leadership
  • 4 written assignments. These are reflective assignments in which the participants describe the learning that is taking place as they implement what they are learning
  • An online certificate ceremony for all those that successfully fulfil the requirements of the programme. Certificates are couriered to participants
