The programme consists of 3 study schools with a total of 10 days. There are 8 sessions of coaching totaling 10 hours. There are 4 written assignments. There is a blended learning approach that includes training workshops; coaching; an action learning or action research project and participation in a peer learning network. These components are interconnected, with the one building off the other to foster an incremental professional development experience that is embedded in practice. Three common threads are woven throughout the four components – action, learning, and development (professional and organizational).
