Lesedi who has been a SEED Trustee since 2009 is a scientist-practitioner with vast experience in learning, leadership development, complex transformation and enterprise development.
Lesedi trained as a business consultant with Deloitte, before becoming an executive coach. Lesedi is a former Director of Organizational Development at UCT and has been an environment and development advocate since his youth. He is also a media specialist and has travelled extensively.
Lesedi is a certified project manager, facilitator and business planner. As an adjunct faculty member of various universities, he has taught postgraduate and masters courses since 2003 and supervised extensively. Lesedi is currently setting up The Professional Development Institute that develops leadership qualities in various industries and contexts.
His qualifications include a BA (Economics, Philosophy, Psychology), University of Zimbabwe, 1991; MA (Communications), University of Leicester, 1995; B Com Honours (Information Systems), University of Cape Town, 1991. Lesedi is currently working on a Doctorate (Work based learning) at the University of Middlesex, UK. He has recently served on the Boards of The Coaching Centre, SEED Trust and Novalis Institute, and practices yoga regularly.
